Ms,Pauline Nduva is a dynamic hospitality leader with over 25 years of experience spanning hotel operations, human resources, training, and sustainable tourism development and is currently manages Diani Sea Resort. She is recognized as a change accelerator with a proven ability to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and build strong stakeholder partnerships.

Pauline is Passionate about sustainable tourism and hospitality, Pauline has successfully championed eco- certifications, developed HR and training systems, and pioneered apprenticeship programs that nurture the next generation of industry professionals while building resilient communities.

She serves as Chairperson of the Coast Dispute Committee (CDC), an alternative labor disputes resolution body established under the CBA between KAHC and KUDHEIHA workers union. As the National Chairperson of the Kenya Association of Women in Tourism (KAWT), she is committed to advancing inclusive, sustainable growth in the tourism sector while empowering communities.
