Timothy Kipruto Birir is a professional engaged in the integration of technology, tourism, and national strategy within Kenya’s public sector. heading innovation at Tourism Fund, developing technology-driven solutions to enhance the visibility and competitiveness of Kenya’s hospitality sector. As the lead developer of Kuza Utalii, he has ensured that Tourism Fund developed technology-driven approaches that promote domestic tourism by improving accessibility, visibility, and coordination across sector stakeholders.

Mr. Birir also serves as a Member of the National Taskforce on the Rebranding of Kenya, where he contributes to efforts aimed at aligning the nation’s image and communication strategies with contemporary digital frameworks.His work further extends to collaborations with the Kenya Embassy in Burundi, the Kenya Consulate in Arusha, and the Kenya High Commission in Dar es Salaam, where he has provided digital solutions to strengthen capacities.
