He is Founder and CEO of Hugamara, a long-term holding company dedicated to founding, acquiring, and creating beautiful businesses and stewarding them with exceptional, values-driven leadership.

Hugamara holds a portfolio of 18 hospitality, IT, security, and logistics companies run by extraordinary leaders in Uganda, Kenya, UAE, and the U SA. Ron is also the Vice Chairperson of the Uganda Tourism Board and Chairperson of the E-Trade and Startup Association of Uganda.
