His business, Tribe Watersports, is the only watersports facility outside the UK accredited by the British Kite Sports Association. He is a certified BKSA National Trainer and Examiner, advocating for high standards in watersports safety and professionalism globally.

Ben's deep commitment to the sector is highlighted by his appointment as Chair of Adventure Tourism Kenya, where he is focused on unifying Kenya’s diverse adventure tourism products to attract high-value, eco-conscious travelers.
