Dr. Cathy Ikiror Mbidde is a lecturer and researcher at Makerere University,Co-director at the Africa Research Network at University York-UK fostering linkages for researchers in Africa and UK,Certified International Labour Organization Trainer on the Start and Improve Your Business and Gender Entrepreneurship Together programmes.

She has trained, mentored and coached youth, women, refugees, persons with disabilities in different sectors.Innovations and Spinoffs she has so far supported are in Engineering, Agriculture, Creatives, Health, Tourism, Education and Technology.
